GENERAL
Upon placing orders, you have already agreed to our TERMS and CONDITIONS.
CLOSING date for orders can be found under ANNOUNCEMENTS.
USE forum to ask questions.
DO NOT reveal your address, phone number or email addresses in the forum.
PAYMENTS
VERBAL BOOKING without any deposit will NOT be considered as CONFIRMED BOOKING.
50% or more required to confirm order.
(Non - refundable for any cancellation & valid for 1 month only).
BALANCE of payments must be made 1 week after bags arrive.
(DEPOSIT will NOT be returned if bags are NOT collected after this period of time- NO EXCEPTIONS!)
WE will personally collect payments from Brunei-Muara area only.
For KB, we have a pick up point at Kg Pandan 7.
Else, please attend our EXHIBITIONS, please see under ANNOUNCEMENTS.
DELIVERY and COLLECTION
BAGS will arrive 7-10 days AFTER CLOSING date + confirmed payments.
NOTIFICATION will be by SMS and email. No show after 1 week will result in loss of deposit.
WE will personally SEND items to Brunei-Muara area only.
For KB, we have a pick up point at Kg Pandan 7.
Else, please attend our EXHIBITIONS, please see under ANNOUNCEMENTS.
RETURNS
All bags sold are NON-REFUNDABLE but EXCHANGEABLE if the goods are defective only.
(Within 1 week only).
